Operation Finally Home: Welcome Home, Churchwell Family!

Permian Homes is honored to be part of bringing the Churchwell family "Finally Home!"

On Wednesday, August 30th, a groundbreaking ceremony took place at the future site of the Churchwell Family Home in Northwest Midland's Daybreak Estates. Jake Churchwell and his family were the guests of honor as they arrived to the ceremony, passing under a giant USA flag proudly waving from a ladder truck, in a motorcade led by patriot guard, police cruisers, firetrucks and motorcycles. Hundreds of community members were present, waving American flags and cheering as the family made their entrance onto the dirt lot that will soon be bustling with construction crews.

Along with our trade partners, H-E-B, Henry Resources, the Permian Basin Builders Association, Betenbough Homes and other generous members of the community, Permian Homes will present Jake Churchwell and his family with the keys to a custom, mortgage-free new home this winter.

Operation Finally Home is a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing custom-built, mortgage-free homes to America's military heroes and the widows of the fallen, those who have worn America's uniform and sacrificed so much to defend our freedoms and values. Operation Finally Home partners with corporate sponsors, builders, developers, builders associations, individual contributors and volunteers to help America's heroes and their families transition to the home front by addressing one of their most pressing needs - a home to call their own.
